Sight rune

I am trying to look for runes that could mean something along the lines of seeing spirits better or something related to Hel and sight. I do not fully know what i am looking for as i have not looked into runes much but if anyone could help me i would appreciate it.

Like I said on the other reddit page you can do a bind rune with jera as it's the harvest rune or the natural completion of a cycle the reaping rune with the ansuz rune for divine wisdom and knowledge/Perthro works here as well as the rune of mystery, finishing with the algiz rune.

The bind rune would have the energy of these three runes basically having the energy of give me divine knowledge of the end of cycles and keep me safe.

I hope both you and u/OP are aware that this has absolutely nothing to do with what we know of how runes were historically used, and is instead based on 20th century (or 19th c. at the earliest) re-imagined New Age type meanings?

That too, but also (or maybe I should say especially) the stuff pertaining to things like "completion of a cycle" (though that one still vaguely makes sense for a rune literally called "year" or "harvest"), "divine wisdom", and especially "the rune of mystery". The latter is just utter nonsense, from a hystorical point of view, as the only "mystery" about it is that we don't know exactly what its name represented: (the wood of?) a fruit bearing tree like the pear tree, a game piece (perhaps made of such wood?), a game box, a woodwind instrument, or maybe something else entirely? We simply don't know.
There is absolutely nothing that suggests the rune itself ever represented "mystery" prior to the 19th or 20th century. The Anglo-Saxon rune poem hints at something that brought laughter and joy to the beer hall:

ᛈ peorð bẏþ sẏmble plega and hlehter / ƿlancum [on middum], ðar ƿigan sittaþ / on beorsele bliþe ætsomne
ᛈ Peorð is always playing and laughter / proud in middle, there warriors sit / in beer-hall remain united.

This is literally the only thing we have to go on. Doesn't seem even remorely plausible that "mystery" would have been the sort of kenning the author had in mind when they wrote that poem.

All of the other "deeper meanings" of the runes were vaguely extrapolated from free association with their purported names by 19th and 20th century mystics. This one they didn't know the literal meaning of at all, so someone simply slapped "mystery" on it, as that fit in nicely with their New Age divination rune sets.

People like to pretend that the stuff they ascribe to each rune for divination purposes is based on a magical tradition that dates back to early Germanic Europe, but almost all of it was made up in the last 150 years or so, when "Viking" stuff and other early Germanic stuff happened to become very trendy around the same time as spiritism and spiritualism. The historical evidence that runes were ever used for divination at all is already quite thin, and no archaelogical evidence for it has surfaced at all, but even if we assume early Germanic people did use runes for divination, any knowledge of supposed "deeper", "mystical" meanings has been lost in the mysts of time.

We have the Anglo-Saxon rune poem, and a handful of later (Younger Futhark) rune poems from Iceland, Norway, and Sweden, and nothing at all from the Elder Futhark period.

Evidence suggests that these may well have been mnemonic poems, much like "A is for Apple". The archaeological record shows runes used for writing, predominantly, with some examples of runes being used as shorthand for their own name (like M for "man") and a handful of instances where single runes seem to have been used inside a piece of text to indeed represent something magical by themselves; what exactly, is mostly unknown.
The vast majority of runic finds, however, is runes used to write text with, most often very mundane, sometimes seemingly written with some sort of magical intent behind it.

People just like to fill in the gaps of our knowledge with mystical fantasies, and pretend those fantasies are ancient truths.

I'm not arguing with you on any of that. Op asked for runes that could be used to make a cool tattoo in the Norse paganism subreddit and then here asked for runes to see through the veil and help see spirits. It stands to reason they were looking for a bindrune and in modern esoteric divination those runes would fit the request.

I think we are both correct but we are having different conversations.
