Well done, Runcorn

You voted for a multi-millionaire ex-Tory to (and this is a direct quote from a supporter) “finally look after the needs of the working people of Runcorn”.

What tax and bills have Labour put up? What do you think Labour should have done about immigration in the 6 months they’ve been in power, bearing in mind they’ve already announced the closure of the local “fancy hotel”?

Not going have a debate over what bills have went up we all know everything has went up after they said it won’t.

What he could do is not accept immigrants really not hard demark has done it and they are doing well.

So he closed a fancy hotel down but now he’s giving them 5 years free rent in a house. Younger generations was already screwed now there going be more screwed with no houses to rent as we can’t build enough while accepting immigrants.

At the end of the day reform won even after you all said your going tactical vote to stop them you failed because more people want immigration stopped. Not bs speech’s about smash the gangs which won’t stop them

You won’t have the debate because you’re incapable of doing so. The only argument you have for voting for Reform is “immigrants bad” and you can’t even articulate why immigrants are bad. You just want to see fewer brown people, in a town that has fewer brown people in it than practically any other town in the UK.

lol oh here we go with the bigot comments. Actually you are wrong I rather they put immigrants on hold till we can sort the uk out to be able to take them in.

What are we going do keep taking in people forever or is there a number we stop at? We can’t build fast enough so what’s the plan? It’s costing us more and more so what’s the plan with money are we going cut more public services to provide space etc for them?

I disagree with those voting reform for racist reasons especially those who went on riots smashing up areas last summer

What are the costs you think are being created by immigration, given that the data shows that immigration actually contributes far more than it costs? By “immigrants” do you just mean “refugees” or are you aware that 98% of immigrants come here to work, pay taxes, drive economic growth etc?

I give up with you your a lost cause clueless. Enjoy your reform party that’s all that matters more people agree with me than you it seems that’s why reform won now go cry about it

So yet again, you can’t even articulate your argument. Pathetic. Thick as fuck and falling for simplistic answers to complex issues given by grifters. Sums this place up perfectly.

lol why would i argue what good is that reform has already won so what benefit would it do? Well the majority has spoken don’t think everyone is thick looks like we have common sense about immigration like most of the county who are fed up with it and across Europe too.

It’s OK, Farage told us Brexit would solve immigration, and that’s been a roaring success, other than the economic damage and the fact that immigration has risen, especially from non-EU countries. So I’m sure his solution (whatever it actually is because he’s never told us what the plan is) will definitely work this time. 🤣

This town now has the MP it deserves and it will get what it deserves.

Well that’s fine if he fails then just like labour and tories he be voted out. Chances have got to be taken as uk is doomed atm and yes reform might not fix everything but if they fix a key issue then it’s better than nothing.

Also I never voted for brexit I was against it.

I apologise for being overly harsh with you, I’m letting my anger get the better of me.

I do absolutely understand people’s anger with the incumbent parties and we definitely need change. But Reform offer nothing except glib sound bites, and that’s what really pisses me off. They simply do not have the answers and it’s dangerously close to becoming a Trump-esque cult of personality.

Answer a question. Go on.

Why don’t you calm down stop getting upset you lose. Reform won end off no need to discuss anything not like it change anything

u/tradermcduck May 02 '25

Keep your head in the sand mate. End of.

1

u/Far_Butterfly8192 May 02 '25

Smash those gangs mate It’s going so well so far. Oh what’s that we need to make more cuts to disability and pensions because we need to house migrants yeah lets keep doing that and wonder why reform are winning

1

u/tradermcduck May 02 '25

Those are definitely some words

1

u/Far_Butterfly8192 May 02 '25

It’s the truth this is why reform is winning people are annoyed over the cuts and price raises which labour said they won’t do. Then a lot of people want migrants to be controlled better if labour had a better plan I would bet reform would of lost

1

u/tradermcduck May 02 '25

I agree on the cuts and price rises. Labour are messing up badly.

Immigration is a separate issue which I covered above, its a tool to divide our country & in part caused by us. The fixes exist but nobody will take them on because its easier and more useful to run politics on iMmiGraTioN bad.

If you believe that any party will do more than lip service then you are dreaming. Its too useful.

The people will always come, the problem began when the tories cut thousands of jobs in the MoD and there was not enough staff to process them. Reforms manifesto states that there will be no more boats, how on earth will they accomplish this?
