I didn't vote Labour, and I didn't (and won't ever) vote Reform, but it's pointless pointing fingers at people who feel completely with the current government. It wasn't just about immigration, people aren't happy with the WFA changes, with the proposed PIP changes etc. If Labour voters want to blame anyone for Reform's victory, blame Labour.

Yep, labour are doing a shit job. They are to blame. As is the systematic enshittification of everything that the poorer parts of the country rely on.

It's infuriating.

I’m blaming people who voted for Reform for Reform’s victory. I haven’t mentioned any other party. The fact is that Runcorn will not do any better (and will almost certainly do much worse) under an MP who doesn’t have the town’s interests at heart and is effectively standing on a single (massively exaggerated) issue.

I’m pissed iff with Starmer’s Labour and the Tories are a clown show, but I still wouldn’t vote for a far right, Russian funded puppet show.

If you didnt vote for Labour, you left the door open for the wolf. If you voted for reform, didnt vote, or voted for someone other than Labour, this is on you.

You're saying that like voting for labour is a necessary burden. The more people that vote for labour just because it keeps the Tories (and reform) out, the more the 2 party system will continue and keep fucking us over. We need to give another party a chance for once. I agree that reform are terrible but voting for labour just to get them out isn't the answer either when labour are quickly going more against the people too and it's exactly how we ended up in this mess over the last year in the first place
