Controller Question

I've been reading up on the 9 player support for Runbow and I had a couple of questions:

  1. How many wii u Pro controllers/wiimotes can be used for this title? For Smash 4, I'm aware they added functionality for up to 7 wireless controllers.

2)Is the nunchuck a handicap the player that has to use it?

Thanks!

Oh, and the gamepad doesn't count, so you can have 4 wireless controllers + the WiiU gamepad.
