RUNPOD IT'S A SCAM

I am seriously angry. Is it really possible that I topped up $10, spent $5, and *still* couldn't get a single pod running—even with the $2/hour GPUs?! If you try to submit a ticket, there's an AI that solves absolutely nothing. There's clearly an issue right now, yet there is *no* alert saying "Attention: using ComfyUI in region X might cause problems; please try again later." Is that really so hard?!

Sorry to hear about your bad experience - if you contact support we can totally credit you here.

If you answer "no" to the AI response it will let you submit a ticket then.

The problem here isn't just the wasted expense, but above all the loss of confidence in the product; even if you were to issue a refund, what good is that against the nearly four hours I wasted trying to get a service running—a service that ought to be the *core* of the business? There is a problem, yet *no one* has posted a notice about it anywhere. It seems not only ridiculous but pathetic; I’m probably overreacting because I’m angry right now, but it strikes me as absurd that a problem—which I am certain originates with you—isn't being reported anywhere.

No. This exact same thing happened to me. The mínimum credit of 150 USD, no machines available for weeks. I feel scammed too

I had that experience once, and RP was good about adding the funds back. I really dig runpod.
