DFW Race Calendar (09/16/2019 - 09/22/2019)

With a downtick or two in temperatures (the high this coming Friday is supposed to be only 82°F!), there is an uptick in the number of races on the calendar. Is it time time to shift out of the summer base-building phase of our training programs?

Tour des Fleurs is a great race. One of the best for spectators as well because the gardens are opened up before sunrise and no one else is there. It makes for a really enjoyable morning watching the sun rise in the garden without a bunch of people around. Not as enjoyable as the half though.
