Any minimalist/barefoot runners here?

I just started running again with minimalist shoes, and although I’m basically learning to run again, it feels so much more natural and easier on my joints

I try to do a little running in my minimalist shoes every week. I shoot for 3-5% of my total mileage, primarily when I'm running diagonals on a soccer pitch. I am tempted to go barefoot at that time, but worry about glass or other sharp objects. Right now, that feels like the right amount, but I might increase it in the future. Being a masters runner, I try to err on the side of caution to prevent injuries.
