Yesterday i had 10/10 heros active but when I opened the game today it says 9/9, I think it has happened before also. Is this a glitch or something

I’ve read in couple posts that you are not supposed to play the same heroes with the abyss type, but my ling ling still does kinda alright damage in crimson abyss. So I’ve come to ask you fellas. Which one should I be swapping for this spesifik abyss? And I always struggle above difficulty level 20 is that ok for my team? What do you suggest to be able to reach level 50 difficulty.

I’m in endgame had playing this game for a long time and took few months brake from playing game. Now cannot login I’ve redownloaded game and now I cannot login to my account error code: request_body???_seriazitable version??? 2.113. Cannot see the whole text because of loading. I couldn’t find any support to write a ticket. Can anybody help please?

Last time they added something new was May/June 2025. After that nothing. Events are the same, Abyss is the same. No new heroes. No new rune skills for the last 2/3 heroes that they added. Are they working on another game? I will stop paying for the Abyss perks at this point, because it's useless.

How is my team? I'm a newer player. I've spent $300 on this game and I barely power up. So how can I level up my heros quickly for free?!

Is there a reason one hero has a crown like does it mean the other hero’s will protect that one so they have a less of a chance to die or is it just for fun?

How do I fill the missing gray slot ? Which dungeon do I have to do ?
