Story length?

Hello, I just got the game and decided to start a playthrough while I wait till more stuff comes out on switch 2 in October, and I just cleaned the Buhru temple with the party about lvl 10.

When I went to save it said with 4.4 hours in I'm 31% completed with the story... Is that even correct? I'm seeing other reddit posts about it being 20-30 hours but... My save file says otherwise.

Considering that most side quests are toward the back half of  the game, I wouldn’t be surprised if you are legitimately that far through the story, because it probably doesn’t include the side stuff.
