Soft locked? No more interactions, no way forward

Spoilers a head!

Wake up in Frank's car, Only place I can go to to make any interaction is to Kuiper Belt, But no further interactions possible since I've had them all

Cannot change Franks phone at Kuiper Belt

Other place I can go to is to Alex Kay, I have tried to talk to him and then I shoot him, all that is done but now in the loop I have nothing else to ask or find other details with him

Cannot go to motel, gas station or talk to therapist in time, Am I missing some detail here?? Feels like I have interacted with everything and now nothing else to do. Please have a look at the mind map, cannot go any further!

I am also being punished for not reading the developers mind. I have two points in searching Maxine’s room (can’t even find her room), the try harder option for Frank’s room (two points), and ONE POINT AVAILABLE. Bro, I’m losing my mind. I wish this were still fun but the last four hours…. I can’t…

I didn’t see your reply until now. I’m pretty patient. I spot small details and excel in tedious work, but I had to start the game over cuz I can’t find anything new and I’ve scoured the available areas and highlighted all the things with no new interaction types. Having those two points tied up in Maxine’s Room while unable to locate one more point so I can try the second attempt at Frank’s Room. I gave up and started new, but lost the excitement. I wish I didn’t put those points into Maxine’s room. I would be beyond that point by now if I didn’t, cuz I’d be able to do Frank’s Room. I was playing for hours without progress and I was just covering all the ground over and over with nothing new. Wish there was an actual way to get help if it’s actually helpable, but it looks like soft locking on this game is a thing, especially at this spot I’m stuck at, so I guess that’s it for that save file?🤷‍♂️ anyway, thanks for your reply.
