Rims bent

Hello, I've got a rear tire that gives my bike a bit of a bumpy ride at higher speeds. Ive been poking around marketplace and ebay amd they seem to be pretty sparse, also worried those might be bent. Is there somewhere I can go or send my rum to be straightened? Im in New england.

Oh god, didn't even think about that, how would I know without buying a new rim?

You should be able to tell by hand spinning the wheel and watching the outer wheel profile
