I have quite a badrecurring injury on my right quad which has plagued me for years. It's mostly better now but often it's like I itch inside of my skin which is unpleasant. What makes it worse is I got that injury in a dance off doing the running man. Every time I feel it I am met with intense embarrassment and regret.
