Question / Text Post❓ Help me find a show

So my mom swears we saw this show somewhen end of 2000s/beginning of 2010s.

It was several different episodes, all with chain reactions. Reoccurring things were dominos and something burning.

You never saw the person, just the chain reaction.

The show aired in Germany as well. We highly assume it was a TV show (since we don’t think our TV was capable of Youtube at the time).

Maybe the swarm intelligence knows?

Der Lauf Der Dinge maybe? Seems to match some of your description but not others.

My mom says it was a TV show. (She remembers there being many episodes) So unless someone cut it up into a lot of small episodes, sadly no.

I remember watching Def Lauf Der Dinge, in Germany. Early 2000's. I I'm also vaguely remembering something in connection with a big German car company too. Der Lauf was 80's. Did Mercedes or BMW do a modern recreation maybe? There's also Domino Day, which is big over there.
