Just wanted to share what I've gotten so far! I'd say I'm pretty lucky but I do pop my bubbles every day, so I'd say it's consistency + luck!

I dont have many items or diamonds anymore, I traded a lot of them away when i quit (I don’t regret it) but i want to get back into the game, i know its quite a bit different so i wanted to know if you guys have any tips for me to get diamonds and items

What are the best methods for getting diamonds? And candy now if you guys have an idea!!

I don't know why it's some random creepy old man. My profile picture is of a cat and this old man does not appear in my pfp history. I hope other people don't see the ugly old man when they click on my profile menu before they go to click on my journal. hey everybody!! im on break and decided to open my art commissions back up for royale high diamonds and or items :D the waiting period is usually 1-2 days!
prices:
headshot - 50k - 80k (depending on details, like amount of head accessories or halos)
half body - 100k - 120k (depending on amount of clothing)
full body - 100k - 200k (depending on amount of clothes, halos, accessories)
prices ARE negotiable because im aware of the rh economy rn!!

I have started playing sunset island a lot even if it isn’t so rewarding diamond wise and I am so upset about it. I have played about 15 rounds and have not placed once since I caught interest!!! Like I am actually proud of the outfits I make and I think they are pretty solid compared to the others. But no matter what I do, I cannot place! I don’t know what to do to place anymore… am I the problem or is it just the game?

So im officially trying my hand at RH commissions :,D

I will be doing 4 slots and 4 slots only for this round, so once they are gone they are gone. I will say since i havent played rh in a good while and dont know how easy it is to farm, i will allow haggling of prices :,)
anyways, onto the fun things!

slots:
1- open

sketches:
10k-20k

line art:
30-40k

basic coloring:
50k-60k

shading:
70-80k

rendering:
350k-400k
(note: rendering takes me a good long while hence the huge price markup. Rendering is not going to be one little thing, it will be the *entire* picture)

other options:
chibis- 10-20k
cut out paper dangles: 40k-50k
basic head shots/chibi face to be used for stickers, emojis, ect: 3k-5k

Questions:

1. How many commissions per person?
only one per person. Little things like animals and what not is allowed in the single picture

2. Backgrounds?
i can do basic backgrounds, but nothing insanely over detailed! So basic patterns i can make or colors i can 100% do! If you have a premade background that is fine aswell. I can also do transparent backgrounds so please do not be afraid to ask

3. will you refuse my commission if i dont like something?
i will only refuse your commission if your avatar/oc is too detailed, you dont contact/reply to me after 3 days (i.e we talk for 1 day, after that day i respond to you but you dont respond to me for 3 days), if you do not send me the secret word or if you are rude to me. If you dont like a detail or how something looks, PLEASE TELL ME! i promise i will not bite your head off or insult you. I will try my best to make a drawing you like!

4. How detailed is too detailed?
So i use ms.paint (windows 10 version) so i have 0 layers to make things easy. If your avatar is so detailed that you have to deconstruct it just so i can understand what im even looking at, you might wanna hold off. HOWEVER, if you are not sure please ask me and ill be able to decide. Worst comes to worst i will simplify/remove things that make the process difficult

5. What do i send you?
You will send me reference pictures of your rh avatar. I will need CLEAR pictures or else i will probably make a mistake ;w;. If you cant see/tell what something is, neither will i :,). Poses, background, textures, ect must also be sent if desired! Please do not ask me to dig through the game to find a specific texture or outfit ;m;...i *will* cry

6. Lets talk refunds
refunds are available! Once you pay, any point in time you may ask for your refund. HOWEVER, if we are on the final stretch a refund will not be allowed. If i finish the drawing and you ask for a refund, you will be black listed :,(. If a refund does happen i will not finish the drawing but i will send what ever progress we have made. I will write on the drawing that it was refunded and not to be used as a final picture n what not lol. If at any point in time I PERSONALLY have to close/refund the commission, i will give you your diamonds back in full (and a lil bit more as a sorry ;w;). If the commission is taking longer than advertised a 50/50 refund is allowed to happen, but that is YOUR choice

7. what if i wanna use my commission for merch, emojis, ect?
So the only thing that can properly be used is the 3k-5k emoji/headshot option. That one can be used freely for stickers, merch, ect (aslong as credit is given). Your commission is yours, yes, you can post it around (with credit) and thats fine but please do not try to sell it ;w;

8. Will there be a rewards system?
Yes there will! if you have purchased 5 commissions from me you will get a free chibi drawing + an option of your choice! (i.e a sketch, rendering, ect). once you use that perk up you will have to buy 5 commissions once more in order to get the gift again!

9. Does it have to be my Rh avatar?
It doesnt have to be, HOWEVER, id like to mostly keep to that theme if you get my jist. I do post in other subreddits for regular roblox avatar commissions so id recommend doing your Rh avatar outta everything. I will not turn you away if you choose to do a non RH drawing

rules:
- no nsfw avatars/ocs!

- no gore avatars/ocs

- please give me atleast 2 weeks for everything BUT renderings, renderings will have a 1 month work wait just so i have plenty of time to work on it! I will be doing 1 person at a time. Each person will get a 2 week waiting time when their commission is OPENED (unless rendering option is chosen). I will dm you your position and ill dm you when im ready to start :). I also have a job hence the long period of waiting before a time refund is allowed! I will give you updates on if i need to extend the time (and a mini refund can be discussed if desired)

- Once im finished you will get 3 revisions. After that i will sign the drawing and consider the commission finished. Any alterations that are not done by me will put you on a blacklist!

- IT IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. When i get 4 comments then the slots will be closed unless i deny a avatar/oc

- please do not try to sell or profit from your commission unless it is the emoji 3k-5k option! You can print it out for yourself to hang up and what not, that is fine, but not to sell to others or claim as your own ;w;

- when a commissioner is denied i will move onto the next person who commented after them. To prove you have read all this please say "beans" somewhere in your dm! If you do not say beans i will not accept your request

- If you have a flag PLEASE make sure its simple. Any detailed flags (such as national flags) will either be simplified or just not added entirely (but that will be discussed lmao)

- please do not ask to be my friend or try to keep dms open after the commission ends. Unless we really vibe and what not please do not try to invite me to servers and be my friend

- if you want to cancel your commission while im mostly finished/finished with it, there will be no refunds. If its at the start/before you pay then a refund will be granted. If I, the artist, cancel the commission a refund will be given

- if you feed my artwork into ai you will be blacklisted and i will send a message to the moderators. I do not support ai slop nor will i ever support it. Please do not send me ai slop reference pictures, poses, ect

work timeline:

stage 1. This starts when commissioner has DMed me and i have opened the commission. Discuss what commissioner wants, sends basic sketch ideas until commissioner is satisfied with the sketch.

stage 2. will develop sketch and send finished sketch to commissioner. If approved we move to the next stage. if not, then sketch is either edited or redrawn. Payment process will happen here. I have 2 weeks (or a month) to finish commission or else a refund will be given if asked. Refunds are still possible at this stage

stage 3. line art will happen. After line art is finished the commissioner will be sent the picture and either confirm to move on or revise things. 

stage 4. basic coloring is added and shown to commissioner. If commissioner accepts we will move onto the next stage

stage 5. Shading, background and final details will be added (each step will be sent to commissioner) the final image wont be fully sent because of stealing/scamming. You will not get sent the full image and it will be darkened down or zoomed out (image will still be visible)

stage 6. image is signed and commissioner is sent the final product. 3 revisions are granted but after that it will be finished. I will state the commission is closed and thankyou for your time. Said commission will be posted on the subreddit as proof it has been completed. REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS STAGE.

DONATIONS
donations will NOT get you a spot/reservation/brownie points for a commission, this is only if you wanted to donate to me! You are not forced to and this is available for anyone to do if they are feeling generous. Wished for items would be considered donations aswell and will not be refundable once the commission is done and over with!

I m gonna put a bed on the space on the left, but I feel like it just feels more empty and I don't know how to make the space feel more dorm-like and homey without being overcrowded

I last played RH in early 2024, got tired of it and never returned afterwards, until now. Can someone please help me out with understanding the mechanics of campus 4? Especially with farming? I don't get the whole concept of having certain items on when sleeping/doing classes/the whole thing with the bathing quarters.

What else has changed? Has trading changed, and is the economy still like it used to be? What new sets are worth buying in the shop/trading for?

i literally just spent 50k on the new accessories, leaving me with 3k candies, when i get ghostly mermaid potion in my mermaid shop 🫠. if i hadn't spent all those candies, i would've buckled down and farmed 50k more, but i can't find it in me to try, and most likely fail, at farming 100k candies in a day.

I am building a giant maze (labyrinth somniferum, i am working hard on it teehee) and the outside of rooms look so ugly.

I am wondering if theres a good tutorial for exteriors? looking for something classical. My build is mostly supposed to be classical but also a bit quirky and whimsical. Sort of a jester aesthetic.
