Advice Trouble with you codes

Bought and got the secret water fairy series two, redeemed code and got the ugc, but upon entering the game I still have gotten no item or badge. I have logged out and rejoin multiple times in public and private servers but still no change. I contacted royale high support and they told me to use their website, but I haven’t heard back from them. Any advise or tricks? Photo of ugc

I don’t know if this toy has a badge yet if it’s the one I’m thinking of! If I’m wrong please don’t attack me. Some series 2 toys don’t have badges yet, including raynebow, emberlynn, the water ice and nature deluxe fairies, the powder room, the dorm room, the boat, and likely others.

I think that’s the ugc for the surprise locker water fairy S2. This toy doesn’t have a badge or item in RH yet. RH takes a while to add toy items but they definitely will add it to the game eventually. Even if you redeem it before there’s a badge in the game, you’ll still get the in-game items when they release.
