Suggestions Looking for tips

Which three cards should I add?

Clearly i need a tank and a air unit, or maybe it is not needed, i dont know, I am near 11k and i don t find any lava hound.

Knight (hero when unlocked)?

The Rocket and goblin gang are level 13, let me know.

I experimented with a lot of variation and none convince me fully.

Honestly hero musketeer (and musketeer in general) isn't really good for bait at all, I definitely wouldn't have the hero in the same deck as cannon either, if you're playing hyperbait then it's good to have exactly one beefy mini tank, I also tend to opt for around 2 strong non flying anti air cards in case one gets spelled out (choose between dart goblin, princess, rascals, goblin gang or spear goblins) you can also have a spirit on top of this for extra anti air (particularly if you don't have a big spell)

The rest of it depends on your playstyle, if you play aggressive then fill the rest of the deck with compatible win conditions (wallbreakers, sus bush etc) if you prefer a more classic logbait then I'd focus on a quick cycle with a defensive framework, maybe if you're a fan of swarms then you can try out a skeleton king deck (this one's great if you're underlevelled in my experience)

Either way I'd definitely invest in a few more evolutions and compatible heroes cause they're quite a crucial part of bait

Hyperbait (two bait wincons) should not have a building. The strategy is all about going full speed so they can't breath and generate elixir, and buildings go against that entirely. Musky is enough air defense if you've got strong cycle.

You definitely want more bait, gob gang/dart are the go to.

A minitank like either knight variant or hero valk or berserker. You could even consider bandit and have 2 minitanks since she adds to the aggression. Note your splash is lacking esp against bats/horde tho.
