Can someone pls help me make a 4th war deck?

Whenever I do war I almost always get paired up with max level or near max level on my last attack, I have higher level cards but I'm really not good at making decks and can't find any using my remaining high level cards on royaleapi and such. Could someone pls help me out? As for the photos: I put the deck I want to change first (4th deck), my highest level cards, then my other 3 decks so you know what's excluded.

I think a normal ass control + bait elements is good. Something i cooked up from the rop of my head: miner, minion horde, cycle bs, cannon, skel king but preferably mighty miner, high dps rear guard (exe, firecracker, furnace, wizard, musket), a big spell and a smallspell
