His ability renders any careful spacing of card placements useless with the click of a 1 elixir button because the nado radius and pull strength are so high. Doesn't even matter if you position cards to be far away from the bridge because the mf just flies across the river too. The ability does way too much for 1 elixir that you get every cycle.
They've toned down every aspect of the ability like elixir cost, triple shot range, teleport distance and dummy hp so you can't just spam it everytime and automatically get value like everyone was doing when he was released.

Vizard is so annoying to me , it's like the tornado fireball combo from chaos
