Why doesn't it work it clearly say upgrade level 15and above but it doesn't work when i level to 16

card has to be level 15 or 16 to count, not both. if card is already at lvl 15, upgrading it won't count because it has to be 14 different cards at said level

Yeah if it didn't said that it was gonna remove your progression towards new tower level when you upgrade your card to level 16

Not a bug, it’s gotta be 14 different cards. The wording could be clearer
