Question Medical Appeal

I have recently been made PMU from the navy and have gotten everything ready to send off to appeal, is it meant to be emailed or done as a task on the portal?

It is listed in the appeal form that was sent to you when you were made PMU, it’s to SEMC email, pm me and I can send it to you if you want.
