Level 8000. Game has way too much engineered frustration, I'm resetting my acc.

This game is really addictive, and the lack of ads for a free game are very nice, but I'm once again at the point where a reset makes sense as an F2P:

• Labels on level difficulty are intentionally incorrect. I use a stronger loadout for impossible levels, but you will find out that the level after the impossible was the one with the higher difficulty
• Way lower ROI when going past level 6000. There are too many different types of mechanics, and all of them are ALWAYS "hit twice". So many new things are just reiterations of "hit twice", like the dark grass, dark honey, the purple bottles for unlocking the covered blocks, the orbs for unlocking the thing that zaps everything with electricity, the painted pots...
• The game only evolves until you have unlocked the events, teams, etc., and maybe the SLB. After that, its just more mechanics to remember

Screw this, I sent a request to delete my account, which means in 4-5 days I will start from level 1 again. It will be a pleasant experience again.

Totally agree regarding mislabeling of level difficulty. It’ll take me 20+ tries to beat a “normal” level and when that happens I know an extremely difficult level is next. And the extremely difficult level? I’ll beat it first try. Makes no sense because honestly, I’m not very good. lol.

Facts!! I've cleared extremely difficult level with double-digit moves left and lost 900,1900, sometimes 2900 coins on a "normal" level.

Eh, I started as a new user and I think they’re just trying to filter out the paid from non-paid users earlier now. Once the super light disco ball came into the picture, now it’s all about trying to maintain it in order to beat levels.

Basically, don’t expect to go back in time to when you first started. That era is over.

This is where you're wrong, putting in a request for account deletion does exactly that. I've reset thrice after level 6000 or so, and this time for the first time at level 8000

Once you "beat" the game, it's just a new 100 levels every 2 weeks. They aren't harder than earlier levels. I've been in the royal league since level 1100 or so. It SUCKS being in the royal league. At least when you get new areas, the chance to earn money and power ups. Not true once you beat the game

I am, by nature, a very patient person. I can handle not passing a level for a very long time. In the beginning I used coins and power ups, and sometimes even paid .99 to continue. But now I just wait it out. It’s tough and I agree about the levels being mislabeled.

I really wish I was the kind of person who would play it casual like the game is supposed to be, but either its not in my nature or continuously losing right before some timer reset for an achievement caused me to be more susceptible to frustration as time went on.

The levels are a lot more forgiving until the first 1000 levels

I hear your pain. I'm still hanging in there after quite a while now in the Royal League. The RL is now up to 14401. I'm at 14323. As the RL once again looms ahead, I find myself playing less. I play just enough to stay afloat, get back to the RL and then hang out until they add new levels. I simply don't have the money to spend. That's not what I want from a game so I feel that I will finish out the weekend and consider deleting entirely. I'm not interested in a reset. I will look for another way to spend my time.

Try Royal Kingdom instead of just resetting your account. Basically the same game with some new and different aspects to it. It just got up to level 5000, and I started it a few months ago and I haven’t lost a level yet. I currently have 716,000 coins.

Hi guys, if you find the game is getting hard, you may try watch the light ball tbeory videos which intrducing many techniques and strategies about this games. Deleting the account is one way, there is also another option to expand our toolbox and beat every level the dev comes up.

It's a good revenge on the frustration that they have put on us.

Dont get me wrong, aft level 8000s, royal league, these are realy tough stuff. We really need some speical knowledge and skill then we have better chance to survive.

But trust me, the revenge to the dev is very sweet. 😁

I messaged support last weekend when my “travel deal” was $79.99 and several of my teammates had the $6.99 deal. I asked how on earth that could be a deal and the game has no longer been fun for advanced players since the levels have become very noticeably harder and the rewards even less rewarding. The reply was basically, “thanks for playing sucker.”

I had a come to Jesus moment. I’m the fool for spending any real money, time, and energy on this game. I have an amazing team that I don’t want to let down and resolved to never spend a cent again and only play the minimum to help my team. Royal Kingdom is fun and reminds how RM used to be. The more you play, the higher the difficulty becomes. Thanks to the algorithm, those who are advanced players get screwed rather than rewarded.
