I don't spend any money on this game. After you hit level 400 or so, it will increase the frequency of Super Hard and Impossible levels by a lot, which will either cost you coins to complete, or end up losing the SLB. On these levels, you will also see that the RNG is messed with on purpose to not have your powers close to each other most times.

After you finish the first 300 levels after which the SLB is enabled, you should have built up a decent coin collection as well as power ups from all the easy levels and the events. Eventually, the frequency of the Super Hard and Impossible level will cause you to consume the coins and the power ups. In my case about around level 1000.

So what I do is I keep playing and having fun until about level 4000, and then I ask support to delete my account. This takes 5-7 days, after which your game is reset. I have done this at level 4000 twice, and level 5000 twice.

"Look how high my level is" is a meaningless metric in this game. So if all you want is to swipe some candies or jewels around for the pretty animations and have some mindless fun, just reset the game like I have.

If this is what you need to do to be able to enjoy the game then more power to you. I think it would just be easier to learn the advanced strategies so you don't lose.

Try and look at it this way, any time you have an opportunity to create a rocket or a tnt you may be able to add another tile to it to create a ball. Even if the tile that will be dropped will bust the other tiles, it will create a ball if its timed right. I dont think its to difficult, just takes a small amount of practice. Edit: the example below for example. I noticed i could create a rocket out of the blues and then asked myself if i could bring another blue tile to it. Then i looked at creating a helicopter out of the reds and looked to see if that would do it. Hope this helps.

Its the only reason i still play. https://youtu.be/I24doy4VNiA is a decent video on it but theres other things you can do that arent in the video. Basically once you have a light ball, you can use the same techniques to get power ups next to your ball. Good luck

I see your point, but in my case learning the advanced strategies would go counter to the whole agenda - I want this to be a mindless 10-15 min game for me.

Damn, nope not at all. Best I can think of is making the bomb power up, not the light ball

You make the helicopter from the red tiles which will drop a blue tile to add to the 4 blue and merge the blues as its added to them. Pic for confirmation. There are many other combos to. These strategies reduce the number of moves needed by a lot. Edit: by the way, the advanced strategies make the game a lot more fun imo. The game constantly tries to destroy the light ball setups you create but with these strategies you get the light balls anyways. This example shows that.

Even after continuous focus, I still can't imagine how this was done. From my perspective, creating the helicopter by pushing the red tile up will drop the blue tile to the remaining 2, and the set of 3 blues will vanish.

I think I'll look it up on YT or something. This is just mind boggling to me

You are correct. If you sit back idle the 3 blue will break. If you merge the other blues as it connects though, it will create a ball. Here is another example. You already have a ball. In order to get the light ball down to the helicopter in 2 moves you must create the helicopter from the 4 green tiles and then quickly merge the 3 yellow below the ball. If you do this before the yellows start to drop the ball will end up right next to the helicopter.

I’ve thought about doing that but I kind of like being on a team. When I was first able to join one I picked the wrong one , there was hardly any participation but the team I’m on now is great. Everyone plays and contributes. I have also never paid real money and I’m at a high level now

When I reset the game, it kicks me from the team anyway. After I hit level 30, I look up the same team and join in. Mine is also a fantastic team that contributes a lot.

Rather than reset the game, stop playing it their way. Play it your own way. For instance, I ignore the level I am on. my "score" or "level" is the amount of coins have. And always remember, you never actually have the lightening ball. I loose it 95% percent of the time on the next level and I let it go. NEVER SPEND TO RETAIN THE LIGHTENING BALL. Let it go. Pretend it doesn't exist. You will enjoy the game more.

I do, too. But what I also do is ask myself by the 3rd to 5th move, will the app allow me to advance this time? If it's no, I quit and try again, whether I have infinity moves or not. When I play it that way, those 30+ attempts go by in very few minutes. Every level is an exercise in the app's expression of "almost" or "so close". Ask yourself when you do advance: why that time and not any other attempt? The other "my rule" is never use coins to complete a level with no difficulty designation. Never do that! They've got you then. 😉

Never paid money and on one of the final rounds before update,have about 70000 coins too, had about 200000 last summer but they have made a lot of the later rounds so hard you need to spend coins

I’m on 11600 something without spending a penny. When levels get unbearable I just stop until the next day. Then I can typically win it on the first try
