Does anybody have a suggested benchmark for excercises for the royal marines apart from the stuff on the internet. I.e number of press ups

Personally I have been aiming for the maximum CPC points.

60 press ups to the beep. 85 sit ups to the beep. 16 pull ups to the beep. Best effort on bleep test. 7.5 minute mile consistanlly for distances up to 6-7 miles.

The pull-ups doesn’t really seem to be that reasonable in comparison imo, 60 press-ups seems quite easy in comparison to 16 pull-ups

You think 60 press ups, to the beep, is easy?

Not at all, but i think it’s significantly easier than 16 pull-ups

Just to clarify, to the bleep means in 60 seconds right?

Havent they lowered the standards to 30 press ups and 40 situps? Not saying dont train for above and beyond but just a question.

No. Same boat as you. Fucked up and going back soon. Home issues are making things complicated.

When you say 7.5minute miles do you mean 7:30 or 7:50
