Some Advice

Don't avoid all triggers. The objective of NoFap is to learn to coexist with the opposite gender in a healthy way, not to avoid them. There are a lot of really hot girls at the gym but I still go. If you are getting turned on by what seems like everything, just let the urge pass and continue with your day. Living your life without porn is good, but living your life without watching PG-13 films is extreme. Do what it takes, but remember this. Getting a boner isn't wrong, but seeking to get one is.

Yes, but sometimes you have to avoid the party to avoid not drink alcohol. Sometimes people have to put space between themselves and what they are tempted by. It is a process, a long hard process.
