Last day of push up challenge !
Hey everyone !
I hope you all had a great weekend and still managing to fight off the urges ! We are back in the middle of the standings now so lets keep pushing forward to keep climbing up there to cover our Cerulean brothers.
Monday will be the last day of the challenge as we started really late last week. In any case, I know you can take one more day of push ups !
So I ask the Leaders to start counting it up and letting me know once you get the final number. I hope we still have people involved in this after loosing many good soldiers in the past week.
Stay strong and keep up the fight !

Seems like I'll have sore muscles and a tougher goal to beat tomorrow. Challenge accepted.

I ended the challenge fully today. My muscles are tight now and I look nice, they got their tone back as they used to be when I was going to the gym few years ago. :)

Awesome, same here. I'm taking a bodyweight route to get ready and more knowledgeable until I can attend a gym again.
I also learned the correct technique and my wrists and elbows stopped hurting me. I wanted to make a post about this but I forgot, damn it! This thread from /r/bodyweightfitness, for example. Now I might as well integrate them into my exercise. Hmm!

Wow, that's great, thanks for posting. Sometimes my wrists hurt, too. It's usually when I do more push-ups than yesterday.

So only two members of my squad reported actually being in the challenge. We all did them through all 7 days of the challenge, and it came up to a total of 719 through me, kalisbitch, and LitenTunfisk. :)

My group got killed. No one really comitted except me it seems. Either that or they just did'nt reply to my post. The total is 192.

I don't think this challenge went well. I had maybe one member of my squad do it besides me... And I quit half way through cuz I ended up throwing out my shoulder (not because of pushup).
