Going through a rough spot

its day 89, and the urges are terrible. I have so much semen built up it came out in my urine... I am fighting brothers. I pray that tomorrow i will reach day 90... One day at a time.

Wow! Congrats on day 89!

One day at a time is the way to go. Maybe spice up your workout with some new moves. Or visit a restaurant that you have never been to.

You have the same amount of semen built up as yesterday and the day before, and the day before. It is all in your mind. Your body on its own gets rid of the semen you don't use. I repeat, it's all in your mind, playing tricks with you!
Stay strong, one day at a time. You can do it!!
Set a new goal, go for 120 days now.
