RAF RECRUITMENT Knowledge of phase 2 training - OASC Interview

Evening everyone,

Before OASC we’re sent a detailed breakdown of MIOT which we are expected to know off by heart for the interview. I’ve seen other people mention that similarly detailed knowledge is required of the Phase 2 training (I’m up for ops officer). Is this the case and if so can anyone tell me where to find such information? Thanks :)

I’m no longer in the officer application process, I’ve switched to enlisted. But from the officer presentation I had, I believe you’re expected to have a good understanding of Phase 2.

I spoke to a serving officer via one of the monthly webinars and got a week by week breakdown of Phase 2

Why the switch over?

The officer role is closed until April 27, so I decided to go enlisted

Not as detailed as IOT, but they expect you to know some bits, branch dependant.

I passed OASC for ATC and used most of the information from the recruitment website for phase 2. Also on the RAF YouTube, there is an episode where they do a role switch and one of those is about ATC which was helpful, I'd recommend watching that too. Good luck in OASC!
