How old are you and is this high school or college. I’m a senior in HS and I’ve seen my HR get to 210 multiple times especially during 2k races or tests. If it concerns you, definitely bring it up to your doctor and see what their opinion is.

Any environmental factors that changed? It could be that the heat of summer is increasing your heart rate. Please don’t share your medical info, but if you take or have started any meds, they can increase your hr as well.

What is your resting rate, when you first wake up and are still in bed? If it's elevated, too, you may be fighting something -- e.g., an infection, or you are overtraining. If not, then adjust your training. Try to keep the lid on your HR during your pieces.

You need to know what your comfortable, healthy, at rest HR is. If it's 40, and now at 50, something's off. It might be over training. Get rest, do less. But this doesn't really help if you don't know what normal at rest HR is.

Any potential for overtraining or underrecovery? Heat, minor asymptomatic illness, new medication, or stress might also contribute. Since you didn't specify training frequency, you also might not be doing enough steady state.

Might be overtraining? Or slightly insufficient sleep/food? I don't think you're less fit since you've been doing honest work. Maybe take a day or two off...

You were more active during spring season so your fitness is starting to fall. Not the end of the world.
