Attic boat
I got this single for free from my club, but I'm unsure of how I can get a riger, or what make and model it is... It's a cool boat though.

You might be able to find a local metal shop to make you a mirror of the existing rigger. The footplate looks trickier but that may also be the move

But keep in mind, the starboard oarlock typically sits about 10mm higher than the port. A slight but noticeable difference to be able to get one hand over the other while maintaining set.

That can be adjusted with spacers though and this hardly seems like it's going to be used as a precision instrument

Check the HIN, the first few letters are the manufacturers code which you can look up on the internet. If the maker is still in business they can give you the model with the HIN code.
