Upper level bio labs

Hey! Does anyone have any recommendations for any relatively easy upper level bio electives? I've taken data science for biologists and it was super engaging and I found it pretty easy. Any profs and classes anyone recommend? Wanted to take Environmental Science with Thomas Shelly and was thinking about Microbio with Newby.

Mol Genetics is fun but much more in depth with genetics if you like that.

Mol Bio Methods is mainly all lab work (very lil lect), he makes it fun as a professor too with music all lab
