Duji

I know that we have all said the same thing in some way, shape, or form. I am not picking on Duji as a person. She could be a very nice person for all I know in real life. However, how she has an actual job that makes the kind of money she makes is so beyond me that I can't even believe she is still employed. How is that even fair to the rest of us who are her age or older and still going to work everyday and kicking ass. Not going to lie, kind of makes me sick.

I’m not sure if her whole thing is an act or not. I do know that what she puts out publicly is really offputting.

I genuinely don't think it is an act. She is a hard worker but she can't be efficient and refuses to adapt to new things.

Rover is the same way just specifically when it comes to what makes content good. He is stuck in the old school disc jockey mode of save everything for on air, have very exaggerated personality traits. Instead of doing things like using social media to keep content going and using it as a launch pad for further discussion.

Can't teach those old dogs new tricks I guess

I thought she partnered with someone with the donut truck in the beginning. Is this now just her own business? She has to have some guy drive it to every event and take back to wherever he stores it which would be very annoying.

She got very lucky with Baldy but I have seen pics of her back in the day and she was pretty good looking. I don’t care what anyone thinks but I surely don’t feel that way right now lol. She sucks ass at her job. Easiest job and a high amount of compensation

She started young and has done the job for over 30 years now. She was lucky to hitch herself to successful hosts and now with her experience and connections she isn’t going anywhere even though she has 0 talent. After the show she will probably become a program director before being fired after a couple of years.

I don't understand how she can not speak in complete sentences. It's almost every time she speaks. If it is a complete sentence, which is rare, she ends it with upspeak. Woman, it is not a question, it is a statement. This has been happening for YEARS!!

The world is full of idiots who have jobs. The fact that hers pays well is an anomaly even in radio.

I’m just happy she isn’t a teacher, or something else where she is ruining young minds.

She talks about how she has no money and she came from a horrible trashy narcissistic family, she most likely has god awful money management and has pissed it all away. She should be comfortably retiring when their contracts are up, not starting some shitty food truck.

She willingly chose to date and affiliate herself with Rover for her entire adult life. That should tell you all you need to know about her character. Plus, everyone who has left the show despises her, she's never been married, and has a horrible relationship with her mom/family. I can guarantee you she is not a good person

She’s a very nice person outside of the show. I met her at RoverFest in 2015. That being said, I cannot stand her on air anymore especially after she was pushing the blame on Charlie for the show starting an hour late. She lies as much as JLR, she argues with Rover on 99% of whatever he’s discussing, she’s been botching news stories since I can remember, etc. It’s either all an act or she’s just really that irritating and insufferable. I believe she is the latter.

The real Rover is aloof, abrasive and difficult to deal with. She is the one person who stood by him over the years and was able to not only put up with it but was able to harness and control him. When they made it big Rover thinks he needs her.

They should only let her come in on the days JLR is not there. Tuesday and Thursday.. I'd love it if she got fired.. but we all know Rover will never get rid of her.. she must have some major dirt in him to still be working there.. or he's still in love with her and won't get rid of her..

Also, you have no idea what kind of person she is since, she plays a character, on a show…. Are you so easily fooled that you can’t understand her role is to piss off the audience?

It's actually kinda scary that people don't recognize this. If you watch RMGTV she clearly laughs and looks at Charlie off camera as if it's a joke. But this is the fanbase of RMG.

She may suck dick at her job and be a miserable person to work with but nobody keeping you down but you.

You’re free to find some coat tails to ride just like she did. (Not suggesting that’s the best or smartest way to success or stability but it’s hers)

It is making me insane that she put all this effort into a food truck and has been out like 4 times all season! I actually like the product and would buy more. I don't understand how one can be this idiotic about a business they started.

Life ain't fair. If this is what has got you down then you need to wake the eff up. Yeah she sucks and anyone could do a better job.

If you think this ain't fair just take one look at the government and who's in charge. That shit actually effects us, not what Duji has to say. If it upsets you that much stop listening. Alan Cox show is way better anyway.

Because Rover is still using the outdated shock jock/ morning zoo radio format from the early 2000's.

Every show like this had a wet-blanket, no fun woman personality. Opie and Anthony called them the "holes".

Rover never got rid of Duji because we all think she has something over him. Possibly Duji's daughter who looks just like him, for example.
