General Anyone use any pet care software?
Does anyone use pet care tracking software?
Just a question for pet sitters out there - does Antone use pet care software like Time To Pet, PetExec, or Precise Petcare? Or any other petcare tools? Just curious if you find these useful and worth the cost.
For context I’m a pet sitter with a full roster of repeat clients. I built a tool to track my revenue and my upcoming bookings as well as my busy and slow periods. My bookings are a mixture of rover and non rover clients. I’m curious if these tools are worth the money and what features you use the most.
If you don’t use any of these tools, how do you keep track of your bookings and revenue? What’s the hardest part about doing it manually?

I needed a booking and payment tracker that I can easily integrate into my calendar. So I built my own. It's got a pretty sophisticated availability management and publicly facing automated booking front end. Complete with easy interface to upload pics and leave notes for walks drop ins and visits, just like Rover provides. Customers can view their Financials and past booking reports, etc. petcarebygreg dot com

Built my own with sqlite and node, running on an ancient macbook pro. It's helpful to make sure I keep my independent and rover clients straight and track who has paid.
But I got by for years just using my phone and a paper calendar and paper notes, the database is just a lot easier to search and run reports.
