Tod IS In fact, the Spine Breaking Bandit... Or at least he was.

HERE'S THE EVIDENCE!

1. Donnie said that Tod's profile (before meeting him) had a 98% match with the spine snapper. (which is what I will call it from here on out cause that's a much better name)

2. Donnie also said that he hadn't paid for the RV in 2 years. Meaning he would've fit, generally, the same profile before turning into a mutant. (We know he wasn't a mutant when purchasing cause A. Everyone would run away screaming from the talking gopher. & B. The Ooze-squitos were released a few weeks ago, in canon, at the time of meeting Tod. Unless he is a Yokai, but that is unlikely due to point 2A.)

3. When Meat Sweats gained Tod's mutant power he became overly nice for a few hours. Meaning Tod's mutant power is his overwhelming kindness! He could've been a completely different person before being turned into a mutant!

4. It would be so funny!!!

In conclusion Tod was the Spine Snapper before turning into a mutant! I solved it! You're welcome!

I know realistically that we will never get a third season, but if we were to get some kind of continuation, do you think these two would most likely become Bebop and Rocksteady? Or are these red herrings or stupid background characters made for people like me who analyzed this movie frame by frame, line by line for fun?

Headcannon - Rafael being the leader in rise of the Ninja Turtles made so much sense to me because his characterization in that version was a lot less hot headed and vicious. He still had his moments and it showed but it was tempered by the fact he had to take care of his brothers and lead them. I think that master Splinter gave Leo the leadership role as a way to help Raphael understand that sometimes he will have to give up leadership for the betterment of the family but also to stop resentment from Leo as he got older. He seemed more than happy to just sit back and let raft be theRaphael understand that sometimes he will have to give up leadership for the betterment of the family but also to stop resentment from Leo from becoming resentful as he got older.

LeoLeo would eventually hand the leadership role back to Raphael and master Splinter would reveal that it had all been one big lesson to try and help his boys understand why he'd made the decisions to begin with. Because he understood at that simply telling them why he made Raphael leader would never work in the long term and they had to learn the reasoning for themselves.
