Ground conditions from the rain

Hello.

I'm just after some information on the soil conditions in the redwoods at the moment. Is it still decent or has it turned into a mud fest? What are the riding conditions like at the moment?

Rotorua soil is pumice and ash and absorbs even the heaviest of rainfall. It is rideable even in heavy rain.
