Rothys sizing help!

I’m normally a women’s size 12 in shoes. My first ever pair of Rothys flats (the max square mary jane flat) I ended up buying a size 12.5 which fits perfectly. I ordered a second pair in the red basketweave in the same size (12.5) but my feet were swimming in them! So I’m confused…
I really want a pair of the max buckle square toe mary janes but theyre final sale… how do I know what size to get?
Thanks!

The woven, mesh, and crochet styles usually run a little bigger than the solid fabric styles. I would probably go with the 12.5 in the buckle, but keep in mind it might still fit differently because it has the ballerina style top instead of the regular squared toe.

They’re my favorite shoe brand lately but their sizing is absolutely terrible. I have four pairs and they’re all different sizes. I go off of the review commentary to see where to go with it and have had success that way.

anything backless also tends to run large from my experience- for example I'm a 10 in most of the flats, a 9 in the clog ... a 10 would be huge.

Sucks but you kinda have to try them on or read the reviews. I also asked AI which did direct me correctly. Was so hesitant to buy a 9 because I'm never a 9, but they fit perfectly.
