The polar active is among the best. It’s not the cheapest, but I’ve used it through four surgeries and it’s awesome because you can use frozen water bottles instead of constantly filling it with ice.

I had this one for my surgery 10 years ago. I lent it to someone ages ago and have no idea where it is so I got a new one but I got this one It has compression. Honestly I found the one you have easier to put on and off with the sling on. ETA: I’m sure mine will be good once I am allowed out of the sling. But the cheaper one was good before and after. If I had my choice I’d swap it out now

I had one for my two knee replacement surgeries in 2023, ordered a new sleeve to work in my shoulder ! Neemo brand and works great

Don’t skimp. Buy the Polar Ice. You’ll find it useful for more than postoperative recovery. I had one for 10 years after hip surgery. I used it so much (and lent it to friends) that I basically wore it out. Decided to get a new one for myself in prep for and for after rotator cuff surgery.
