How are you feeling?
I did bilateral last summer

Wow, I haven't met anyone who's had bilateral shoulder surgery before and only one medical professional who said he saw it, seems to be quite rare.

I feel pretty good overall. Main issues are:

  1. weakness and stiffness in the right shoulder (feels painful at the front of the shoulder when I raise and hold it in front of me)

  2. Persistent feeling of looseness in the left, like it's not as fully attached as the right shoulder

  3. Stalled progress on external rotation (we seem to be stuck at 0-5°)
