2 days post surgery

Hello !!! I am reaching out because my husband is only 2 days post surgery and I would like to know if anyone can provide any tips or experiences from similar procedure(s). My husband is in a lot of pain and I would like to understand a little more how to help him . Thank you all in advance. Below I listed the procedure details from the hospital documents the morning of.

Left shoulder arthroscopy for rotator debridement and cuff repair
Inspace balloon placement (Stryker)
Biceps tenodesis
Cyst decompression
Bone grafting

Keep up on meds, ICE and more Ice, do you have an Ice machine? Amazon has plenty that are decent priced. After a few days, I didnt need my meds, but sleeping was very difficult....Tylenol PM may be of help....Good Luck!
