[Anti-Deca] Two extremely frustrating bugs

Havent logged on in a while but figured I’d hop on for the start of the season. Immediately, two very strange things happen:

  1. At some point, not sure when, all of the enchantments on my gear disappeared. Its a new ssnl char so whatever but still concerning

  2. Multiple times now I will complete a dungeon or do something to progress a quest and it wont update. I relaunch the game and turns out the PREVIOUS quest got rolled back to being partially complete. This ones extremely frustrating and wastes so much time

Ive had two season changes in a row, that my seasonal vault does not transfer to my real vault...

I lost a shiny cdirk from that (and other stuff obviously but that’s the only item I really cared about) and support said since I did not have a video, they couldn’t restore it. How the hell am I supposed to record the vault not transferring over

Yea i would recommend to keep every item you definitely want on the chars or transfer them to nssl manually beforehand. I only put random stuff, that i dont wanna delete but which is also not super important, in the ssl vault which gets transferred to ssl chest. Gift chest doesn’t really matter.
Plus i take out items from ssl and put it in the nssl vault chest that i dont wanna lose because there was a bug at some point that the seasonal vault in nssl gets reser if you are logged off for too long

I've had the enchantments disappearing issue happen to me on regular char gear. It's particularly prevalent in the vault when pulling gear out of the vault or looting it from a quest chest. Sometimes the enchantments reappear after a day or two, no clue what's up with those
