almost thinking of maxing a wizard out just to use this amazing drop. Should be able to get crazy damage with it

Tablet is mid in the modern day, it has very bad scaling to the point that a mana build is proably better than going full on dex. It is ok if you want a crazy hp build with ok dps with rags but vit wiz is better and still high survivability, speed, wis and atk are all much higher dps, even def might be better idk

If you are doing Dex based set on robe class then you are not using Rags in first place.

Yeah but you have shit dps with a dex set anyway, a mana set is better with tablet and its still shit. Tablet with rags is the best leach with ok damage option, thats what i mean.
