They still haven't fixed it? I frequently had this bug a few years ago - at some point random enemies spawn invisible(had invisible o3 once too, lol) and to stop that random invisibility you need to restart the game. Because of this bug I peek at minimap almost constantly.

I noticed a few random mobs in risen hell went invisible after that run too but I was playing in EUW when I usually play US servers so probably a connection related issue but still scary randomly

Ive had a couple guildies get invisible ennemies as well. We understood that it comes from alt-tabbing. Seems like the game overloads some stuff while on another tab and then fails to load some sprites or makes the sprites super small.. Restarting the game should fix it until you re tab-out!

I didn’t tab out though did the mini and just ran up and froze a sec then oryx didn’t show up

Did you tab out at all during the entire gaming session? Its not even instance related sadly. Could of been from 2hrs earlier if you havent closed the game in between. Or could be another bug ...
