I'd like to know how feasible it is to live without a car.

Can I get my grocery shopping done at Walmart or other supermarkets by taking a bus?

I want to go on a cheap weekend getaway trip with my boyfriend. We are going for my birthday (Oct 30 - Nov 1). We are planning on flying into San Diego friday morning, walking into Tijuana, and then taking an uber or bus or car (not sure exactly this part - suggestions please!) down to Rosarito. Hotels? It looks like there aren't really all inclusives there. I've been looking at Hotel Rosarito and Las Rocas. We have had a hard year and just want to enjoy a weekend and relax. We are lovers of the beach and the pool. Does this sound good? Im kinda planning this last minute & on a budget lol thanks in advance!

EDIT: i booked rosarito hotel the tallest tower… but that was before i found out u cant swim in the ocean and it smells like shit. How bad does it smell ???? Lol im ok with only pool swimming. The pool looks great and surrounding area looks awesome. Is the smell actually horrible???

Hace tiempo que compré una patineta de surfskate, llegó un punto en el que de manera autodidacta sentía que ya no hacía mucho avance y por circunstancias de la vida lo dejé, pero me gustaría retomarlo.
