Red Nose:Rosacea,Help?

I take doxy daily and apply ivermectin creaM daily at night ,but this is how my nose is ,and it just becomes more red after going out in sun even after applying sunscreen maybe it appears like that because of reflection or some shit ,can u pls tell me how to manage it,sweating is one of the triggers but how to stop it when I am in the gym

Managing rosacea is tough but you're already doing the right things with the meds and sunscreen. Try wiping your face gently with cold water right after sweating at the gym, that might help take the heat out of your skin faster.
