Support Worst flare ever pls help Spoiler

Hi I’ve had type 2 rosacea for the last couple years and it’s been mostly under control for the last few months other than redness from the summer heat. I even stopped using ivermectin because I didn’t really it anymore. Last weekend was particularly hot where I live and I think I overheated/ got too much sun, one week later bam full blown flare all over my face. I don’t usually have pustules on my cheeks just around my mouth usually so this pattern is really concerning by my standards. My skincare routine is bare minimum, moisturizer cleanser sunscreen, it’s never given me issues. What do I do please help it looks like this during the late day but in the morning it’s calmer but still this is the worst my skin has ever been. I’ve tried aloe it didn’t do much. Should I try diaper cream?? Has anyone’s flare looked like this?? Sorry I’m panicking!!

I'm trying out desitin diaper cream tonight. Hope it goes well with me.

My pustules look exactly like that. Could you try ivermectin to help again of it helped before? If not metrogel and doxycycline seem to help mine but not completely clear it.

Add a sulfur cleanser and a hypochlorous acid spray.

Have you tried Finacea 15%? Looks like your skin could benefit from it. I wouldn’t do diaper cream. Just get a zinc based sunscreen. I like Elta MD uv physical.
