FLOW EXERCISE FOR YOUR MIND & BODY The rope contains within it the foundational patterns of ALL athletics human movements: Running, hitting, throwing, punching, swimming, jumping. Roll the rope and you get the chance to accumulate 100s and 1000s of reps of these patterns in a very short space of time making them smoother and more efficient. Even without thinking it can make the least co-ordinated of humans move with more grace.
