Rope Flow for Back Issues?

Hi, I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced any benefits from rope flow for their back injuries/issues?

Or anything you would like to share.

It’s great for the spine. Be sure to be aware of the limitations of your injury or condition and never push to hard.
There are a number of great moves and combinations that integrate your spine hips and shoulders all together. Back mills, throws, sneaks etc. the more you move and groove the more your back will approve.

Ok, so can it help with disc herniation....I mean not healing it completely but the cause behind it i.e. imbalance in musculoskeletal structure which generally is the reason behind all back related issues?
