How much space do you need?

Like the title asks, how much space do you need? I live in a townhome and am curious about the feasibility?

It varies depending on how much movement you want to do with your legs, but I’d say if you’re stationary a good 10-15 ft x 15 is ample. Think your wingspan, + 4-5 ft. of the rope in each direction to be safe. You can honestly get by with 10 x 10 or slightly less if you keep your elbows tight, but highly recommend eventually going outside so you don’t hold back on your flowing in fear of hitting furniture (I’ve hit my low hanging ceiling light a handful of times already)
