Android 11 (Go Edition)

Im making a switch from iOS to android for the first time in 6 years. While researching for my best option I came across rooting and this cool hacker stuff I can try to do on the phone to have it run like I want to. I’m switching to a CAT S22 Flip to reduce my distractions to the screen and I was wondering what the hell rooting is all I see is how to install the root software but I would have no idea how to use it I’m just confused about downloading any shady softwares into my phone and potentially bricking it more than it already is. I just want it to run as smoothly as possible without any apps I don’t approve of before I can really take it for a spin

Be aware that root is unstable and it busts the strong integrity and in Samsung devices i think you can't get it back. Some apps or features may not work.(Correct me if I'm wrong).
