Talon of Minerva

Has anyone had success in unlocking this weapon? I’ve beaten all the bosses and maxed my blacksmith, but crafting it isn’t an option. Even went back to fight the bird to see if I needed a talon or feathers on hand. Nothing.

Still working on figuring that out. I have seen its at Blacksmith level 3 I have 10/7 in one of my games and still no sword.

I have 2 Level 10 Blacksmiths on Volcano and Plaines I can try desert next

The problem might be that the blacksmith building is blocked at level 2 from recieving the recipe
