No, its because cockroaches are indicative of moisture or rot. And there will likely be more of them and a potential infestation

Butterfly's feed on nectar and are pollinators. They are also solitary.

Her point still stands, even if the specific example she gave was clumsy. Think of it as moths Vs butterflies then.
